Terms and Conditions

For Harperwood to process your order, we need information such as your full name, email address, contact number, your billing address, delivery address and payment details.

Please note, if you do not receive an email confirmation, your order has not been processed. Please contact Harperwood Floral Design on (+61 2) 9544 1199 or by emailing: info@harperwoodfloraldesign.com.au 

Orders will not be despatched until payment in full has been received and we are satisfied with the integrity of the order.

To avoid delays with processing your order, please ensure your credit card number is accurately entered into our secure online ordering system.  We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if there are any issues, however please be advised that your order cannot be dispatched until payment has been confirmed.

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. You need to select the right delivery area in the checkout so you are charged the correct delivery fee. If you do not select the right delivery area we will deduct the delivery amount from the flower value. If the delivery details you have given are incorrect Harperwood Floral Design will not refund. Should you wish to send the flowers again it will be at full expense to the customer.

CANCELLATION OF ORDERS

Should you need to cancel your order, money will be refunded less a $15 administrative fee, ONLY IF notice is received by Harperwood Floral Design 24 hours prior to the scheduled delivery date. Cancellations received with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the total order value. We are unable to cancel orders that are already prepared and are with our courier for delivery.

REFUNDS

As flowers and other perishable items are fresh products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges once orders have been marked as ready for collection, collected or delivered.

Once flowers have left our store, responsibility for their care and condition rests with the customer or recipient. 

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your flowers so we can assist you promptly. Photos may be requested to help assess the concern. As each flower is unique, so too, are your special requirements and concerns surrounding your order. A number of resolutions may be available to you and are subject to your particular situation.

To ensure the longevity of your blooms, customers are responsible for following proper care instructions once received, including

- Keeping flowers in fresh water

- Trimming stems regularly

- Keeping arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat, airconditioning, and drafts

- Caring for blooms as advised upon delivery or collection

Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for flowers that deteriorate due to improper care, environmental conditions, or delays in the recipient receiving the arrangement after delivery.

We always aim to provide the freshest, highest-quality flowers and appreciate your understanding.

DELIVERIES

Normal delivery hours for Harperwood Floral Design are between 9am and 5pm Monday - Friday and between 9am - 2pm Saturday. Harperwood offers same day delivery for orders submitted before 1.00 PM Monday to Friday if the receiver is within the Sutherland Shire/St George Area. If the order is made after these times we will deliver the following day.

Harperwood Floral Design cannot guarantee a specific delivery time. We will make every attempt to fulfil your request but cannot guarantee it. As Harperwood Floral Design is closed on public holidays, we will deliver your gift on the next business day.

PRICING

Prices of goods, services, delivery and other charges displayed on the harperwoodfloraldesign.com.au website are current at the time of display. These prices are subject to variation without notice. We will always attempt to be as accurate as possible with our product descriptions and pricing. All prices quoted are inclusive of GST and all prices are quoted in Australian dollars. The price of the delivery is not included in the overall price of flower arrangement, the charge occurs at the end of checkout process. It is an honesty system please select the right delivery area, otherwise the amount will be deducted from the price of the arrangement.

SEASONALITY/ AVAILABILITY

Flowers and plants are seasonal and subject to availability on the day of delivery.

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of harperwoodfloraldesign.com.au (the web-site) and the purchase of any goods from it. The web-site is owned and operated by Harperwood Floral Design.
